Jeff has been giving talks for many years on the topic of agility. His presentations are thought provoking, informative, and fun. In longer presentations, he often includes interactive exercises. These offer participants a way to understand the concepts somatically, through their bodies. The talks can be given a variety of forms ranging from informal whiteboard sessions to more formal presentations. They can range from 45 minutes to a half day in length.

Assessment
An important component of Agile Methods is the practice of feedback. Since the whole area of Agile Development is rather new, it can be difficult to know exactly how and when to proceed. Jeff brings his 2 decades of agile experience along with his 4 decades of software development experience to assess your situation.

Coaching
